Time & A Half Calculation Examples

• Example 1: You earn $20.00 per hour. Time & a half = 20 / 2 = 10 so 20 + 10 = $30.00 per hour.


• Example 2: You earn $15.00 per hour. Time & a half = 15 / 2 = 7.50 so 15 + 7.5 = $22.50 per hour.


• Example 3: You earn $39.50 per hour. Time & a half = 39.50 / 2 = 19.75 so 39.50 + 19.75 = $59.25 per hour.
