How do you Calculate Board Feet?

• Board thickness

Each board will have its own board foot value and then to get the total board foot value for all the board you multiply that value by the number of them. The formula for finding the board foot of a single board is: Where:

• BF = Board foot


• L = Board length


• W = Board width


• T = Board thickness
